The instant application is hereby allowed. Let the vehicle in question be restored to the applicant on Superdari subject to furnishing his own PR bond of Rs.2,00,000/- (Two Lac Rupees) and original card of car in question before this Court. The applicant is directed to get register the vehicle in question in his name within (15) days and produce such registration papers of vehicle in question before this Court. Needless to mention here that the applicant shall not sale or change the complexity or colour of car in question and produce the same at the time of trial before this Court. Applicant not furnished PR bond and Original Registration Card. |
