Name of accused Hussain Bux Rajar shown in column No.2. Accused PC Shoukat Ali S/o Jumoon Rahimoon shown as absconder. Heard learned counsel of both parties. After having perused the relevant papers. Order passed on separate sheet. As per order, Report of I.O to place of name of accused Hussain Bux Rajjar in column No.2, is declined, however, final challan accepted, cognizance taken against all accused persons including accused Hussain Bux whose name is column No.2, for the offence U/S 302, 114, 148, 148, 149, 34 PPC. Register the case. Photo stat copies of police papers supplied to present accused persons at Exh.01. Issue N.B.W against accused Shoukat Ali. As the alleged offence U/S 302 PPC is exclusively triable by Sessions Court. Let the R & Ps of instant case be sent up to Honourable Sessions Court, Tharparkar at Mithi, after completing all legal formalities. Due to summer vacation of P.O & Moharram holidays case adjourned to....01.07.2026, for execution of N.B.W and for supply of copies. Jailor is directed to produce accused Pehlaj & Lal Muhammad through video link, if they not released on bail. Present accused are directed to attend. |
