This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Fahad Ali Memon advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ranjhan son of Abdul Haque, 02-Raja son of Muhammad Panjal, 03-Sagar @ Sagar Ali son of Muhammad Panjal, 04-Abdullah son of Ranjhan, 05-Rehman son of Ranjhan, 06-Sabir son of Muhammad Panjal, 07-Pinyal @ Panjal @ Muhammad Panjal son of Abdul Haque all by cste Markhand in Crime No.15/2026 of PS Gaji Khuhawar for offence U/S 337-Fv,337-Lii,114,506/2,147,148,149,452 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 24.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
