This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thouand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concered Court. Put off to 28.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise.
