Accused waheed, Mushtaqe and Moosa are present on bail, while accused Azad and Azam are absconder in challan charge sheet, SHO PS Mehar has submitted application with memo of arrest of accused Azad showing that accused Azad is confined at District prison Dadu, order passed, issue P.O for accused Azad, SHO PS Mehar has submitted supplementary challan of accused Aza, order passed on it, while 87 Cr.P.C issued against the absconder accused Azam returned complied with such statement of process server is recorded at Ex:2, he produced 87 Cr.P.C issued by this Court, copy of proclamation, statements of two respectable persons and endorsement at Ex:2/A to 2/E, order passed, issue 88 Cr.P.C against the absconders accused Azam. ADPP is present. Call supplementary challan of accused Azad from concerned SHO. Put off to 4.11.2026 for Service. Present accused are directed to attend. |
