Sessions Case Called. The learned ADPP for the State submitted statement for closing the prosecution side. Order on it. Allowed as prayed in the interest of Justice. R & R as Exhibit No.8. Heard final arguments. Judgment passed and announced in open Court. The accused Jabal Hussain, Hussain Bux, Muhammad Alim, Farooque, Manzoor and Aamir Ali all by caste Brohi is hereby acquitted u/s: 265-H(i) Cr.P.C. They are present on bail, their bail bonds stand cancelled and sureties discharged. Whereas, Case against absconder accused namely accused persons Mumtaz, Liaquat, Gul Bahar, Abdul Rehman and Jaffar all by case Brohi, is based on same facts, hence keeping their case on dormant file would not serve any purpose. Therefore, they are also acquitted in his absentia, let the copy of order be forwarded to SHO P.S Sanjar Bhatti for information and record. The original Judgment is kept on record as Exhibit No.9. |
