This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Khalid Hussain Mugheri advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Sikandar son of Baig Muhammad, 02-Murtaza son of Sikandar both by caste Mugheri, 03-Meer @ Hakim Ali son of Qurban Mugheri, 04-Ali Gohar son of Qadir Bux Soomro, 05-Mour son of Ali Gohar Soomro, in Crime No.59/2026 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot for offence U/S 337-Ai,114,504,506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 27.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
