This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Gopang advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Rustam @ Rustam Ali son of Ghulam Muhammad, 02-Mehrab @ Mehrab Ali son of Rustam @ Rustam Ali both by caste Kalhoro, 03-Yaseen @ Ghulam Yaseen son of Mirch @ Bakhsh Kalhoro in Crime No.06/2026 of PS Mahi Makool for offence U/S 506/2,337-Ai,Fi,Li,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 27.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused 01-Rustam @ Rustam Ali, 02-Yaseen @ Ghulam yaseen have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. While applicant/accused Mehrab @ Mehrab Ali Kalhoro has not furnishe the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
