This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C filed by Mr. Younis Waqar Waggan, advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01. Mashooque Ali son of Haji, 02. Nadir Ali, 03. Muhammad Ismail, 04. Raja all three sons of Ghulam Qadir all by caste Junejo, in Crime No.03/2026 of Nasirabad for offence u/s, 337-Ai, Fi, 506/2, 504, 148-149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty Thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 15.01.2026 for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished their required surety, which is provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the State so also call for police papers. |
