Both parties jointly moved compromise application under Section 345 (2) (6) Cr.PC. Order passed on separate sheet. Compromise arrived between parties is hereby accepted and accused persons are acquitted from the charge. They are present on bail, their bail bonds stand cancelled and surities are discharged. |
