Sessions case No. 481/2016, received by way of transfer from the Court of learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge Shikarpur as per orders of Honourable Sessions Judge Shikarpur, already fixed by that Court today, hence, it is taken up in open Court. Accused Nawaz Marfani is produced in custody from CP Larkana. Learned DDPP and DC are present. No PWs is present. The perusal of case file shows that evidence of PWs had already been recorded in the absence of accused under section 512 Cr.PC. Mr. Nadir Ali Abro, learned counsel for the accused submitted that all PWs belonged to police department and PW complainant SIP Muhammad Hajjan Gadani as per his knowledge has absconded away, hence, it is directed that all PWs including complainant be summoned through designated process cell and same process be entrusted to incharge designated process cell for its execution.
