Today work has been suspended due to strike of D.B.A Sukkur. Suit called. Plaintiff and his counsel are called absent. Defendant No.4 is present. present. Written statement of deffendant No.9 is recived through authorized clerk. Order passed on it. The report about summons/notices issued to defendants No.01, 02, 03, 05 and 06 through courier is received back As per the reports of courier defendant No. 01 and 02 have refused to receive the summons/notices. Such refusal amounts to valid service, hence, service upon defendant No.01 and 02 is held good. Summons/notices issued to defendant No.03 and 06 through courier have been returned un-served with the report that the said defendants have shifted from their respective houses. Likewise, summons/notices issued to defendant No.05 through courier, has also been returned un-served with the report that the address furnished was incomplete/incorrect. Accordingly,let fresh summons/notices be issued/repeated through courier to defendant No.03. 05 and 06. Put off to 21.08.2026 for w/s by defendant No. 01, 02, 04, 07, 08, & 10, service upon defendant No.03, 05 and 06 through courier on their fresh address, fresh address of defendant No.03, 05 & 06 and wait for return the summons of defendant No.11. |
