It has been recently transferred from the court of learned Senior Civil Judge-II, Mirpurkhas to this court on administrative ground / order passed by Honourable District Judge, Mirpurkhas for its expeditiously / meritorious disposal virtue designation of this court being Model Civil Trial Court. Per diaries, it is fixed for defendant side evidence, hearing on injunction application and deposition of cost amount of Rs.500/- by plaintiff side.
