Survey Nos.10/A area 0-09 Ghunta & 10/B area (6-10) acres situated in Deh Seelra, Tapa & Taluka Shahdadkot, alleging to be entered in the name of defendants No.1 to 3; however, learned counsel for defendants No.1 and 2 has taken ground that no property is entered in the name of defendants, whereas, in Written Statement filed by Mukhtiarkar Shahdadkot being official defendant No.4 is showing the property as un-decided vide entry No.32 of VF-VII-A dated 22.08.2016, Deh Seelra, Tapa & Taluka Shahdadkot. It is very strange that the revenue record was re-written after assassination of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto on 27.12.2007; hence property could not have been decided until date; therefore, it is better to call report from Deputy Commissioner Kamber-Shahdadkot.
