This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ibrar Hussain Siraj Soomro advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Rafique Ali @ Rafique Ahmed son of Niaz Hussain Mirani, in Crime No.06/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 452,506/2,504,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thouand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concered Court. Put off to 27.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
