This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Shafi Muhammad Khoso advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Abdul Jabbar @ Jabbar, 02-Muhammad Sachal @ Sachal both sons of Suhbat Khoso, in Crime No.55/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
