Criminal Bail Application No.475/2026 re. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Shafi Muhammad Khoso advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Baggan @ Muhammad Bakhsh, 02-Haider both son sof Jamal Kori, 03-Haider @ Ghulam Haider son of Haji Mehboob Chacho, 04-Asif son of Haider Chacho in Crime No.22/2026 of PS Bahram for offence U/S 435,427,337-Fv,506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 22.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have not furnished the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
