This court received R & Ps by way of transfer from the court of Honourable Sessions Jusdge Ghotki, for disposal in accordance with law. Accused (1) Babar Ali son of Nabi Bux (2) Shabbir Ahmed son of Fateh Muhammad (3) Rasheed Ahmed son of Fateh Muhammad and (4) Kamran Ali son of Abdul Rasheed all by case Kolachi are absconding and declared as proclaimed offenders. The ADPP for the State is present and filed statement which is taken on record. Arguments heard. This is a case of alleged attempt to murder and accused Babar Ali caused injury to one Abdul Hakeem and also caused lathy injuries to complainant and accused named above therein per FIR have already been declared proclaimed offenders after completing all legal requirements including proceedings in terms of section 87 & 88 Cr.P.C by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II Ghotki. Prayer by the learned ADPP for the State merits consideration so case in hand is hereby kept on dormant file till their arrest or otherwise. Statement so filed by the learned ADPP for the State in this regard is taken on record. Perpetual warrants be issued against them. For execution of warrants for 20.01.2027. |
