Case called. Accused Nadir Khoso absconder. 87 Cr.P.C issued against the absconder accused returned complied with such statement of process server is recorded at Ex:2, he produced 87 Cr .P.C issued by this Court, copy of proclamation, statements of two respectable persons of locality and endorsement at Ex:2/A o 2/E, the report of 88 Cr.P.C also received from Mukhtiarkar Mehar which is kept on record at Ex:3, showing that no any moveable or immoveable property entered in the name of accused, hence accused Nadir Khoso is declared as proclaimed offender.
