Report from concerned Police station is taken on record as well as ETO report were already taken on record. HBL report was were already taken on record. Further Arguments heard said application. Said application is allowed applicant is directed to furnished solvent surety in sum of Rs200000 and PR bond in sum of Rs 3000000/ vide detailed order passed on separate sheet. Further applicant is directed to transfer the vehicle on his own name with in two months |
