Let the car in question be restored to the applicant on Superdari subject to furnishing his own PR bond of Rs.2,00,000/- (Two Lac Rupees) and original card of car in question before this Court. Needless to mention here that the applicant shall not sale or change the complexity or colour of car in question and produce the same at the time of trial before this Court. Applicant/owner furnished P.R bond in sum of Rs:200,000/- along with Original Registration Card of Car bearing Reg: No.BNY-936. Office is directed to issue letter to SHO P.S Taluka for release/restore the Car to real owner after proper verification and identification. |
