Cr.M.A called. Applicant and his learned counsel are present. Learned DDPP for State is present. SIP Rafiq Ahmed Mahar is present on behalf of SHO P.S A.Section Ghotki and filed report regarding non production of alleged detainee, which is placed on record. Heard arguments to some extent. Order passed on separate sheet and announced in open Court. The SSP Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo is directed to nominate a responsible police officer not blow the rank of DSP to supervise the investigation. The said officer shall constitute a special team for tracing and recovery of Rafy Ali. The team shall utilize all available technological and investigative means, including further analysis of CCTV footage, call date record, transpot routes and co-ordination with adjacent districts to ensure expeditious recoverry. The nominated DSP shall furnish a comprehensive progress report and shall appear in person before this Court on next date. Let copy of order be sent to SSP Ghotki for information and compliance.
