17-09-2026. Matter called. Learned counsel for defendant No.01 is present. Defendant No.01 (c), Naik Muhammad defendant No.01 (b) and witness Khuda Dino are present. None is present from plaintiff side. None is present from remaining defendant side. The learned counsel for defendant No.01 directly advance arguments on application U/o 18 rule 17 CPC and opposite its grant. Learned counsel for defendant No.06 failed to appear and filed objections on it. Learned DDA also failed to file objections on it. Hence, defendants No.02 to 06 are debarred from filing objections on it. Let the matter be fixed for order on application with liberty to plaintiff side and remaining defendant side (02 to 06) during course of the day. The record reveals that the defendant No.02 to 05 have already been debarred vide order dated: 03-08-2022 and they also failed to lead their evidence.
