The Court is lying vanant. Case called. UTPs/Accused Ghulam Mustafa and Ghulam Abbass Chandio are produced in custody from Central Prison Larkana. While accused Mushtaque, Habibullah, Akhtar, Ali Asghar and Sultan @ Ballach all by caste Chandio are absconders, the proclarmation U/S: 87 Cr.P.C issued against them retruned by the process server in connection thereof. The Statement of Process Server is recorded at Exh-02. He produced the letter of proclarmation earlier issued by this office, memo of Proclarmation U/S 87 Cr.PC R&R at Ex 02/A to 02/C respectively. Order passed on the statement of Process server whereby, absconding accused are decelared as Proclaimed Offenders. While compliance report into Writ of attachment under section 88 Cr.PC received from Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Kamber at Exh: No: 03. The Documents supplied to accused Ghulam Mustafa and Ghulam Abbass, such receipt obtained from them at Ex; No: 04. Since the offence punishable U/S: 302, PPC is exclusively triable by the court of Honorable, Sessions Judge, therefore, let the R&Ps of this case be sent up accordingly. Put off to 17-10-2026 for Charge. The UTPs/accused sent back to custody, with directions to produce before the court of Honorable, Sessions Judge at Kamber on the above said date of hearing. |
