Office diary: SMA transferred to this court from Honourable DIstrict and Sessions Judge, Karacih Central for disposal according to law. On physical verification of SMA, it has been found that the SMA has already been allowed/ disposed off. vide order dated:11.11.2024 by Honourable High Court of Sindh, at Karachi. Due to pendancy of misc application such SMA has shown pending on CFMS on physical verification said SMA has already been allowed/ granted/ disposed off vide order dated:11.11.2024 by honourable high Court of Sindh. Office is required to disposed of Said SMA on CFMS. SMA putup on 31.10.2026 for hearing on misc. applications. |
