Mr Aftab Hussain Bhutto advocate appeared and filed his vakalatnama on behalf of (7) accused (1) Muhammad Bux (2) Ghazi (3) Makhan (4) Safdar (5) Anwar Ali (6) Asif and (7) Aftab, whichis taken on record. The ADPP is present. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced. All the present accused persons are acquitted under section 265-K Cr.P.C read with section 265-D Cr.P.C from the charge. They are present on bail their bail bonds are cancelled and surety discharge. While the case against absconding accused/proclaimed offender Sajjad son of Makhan , Farooq son of Muhammad Nawaz , Majeed son of Nazeer , Noor Deen son of Khan Muhammad and Hasiul son of Sabban be kept on dormant file till their arrest or surrender. However perpetual warrants against them be issued for 07.01.2026. |
