Case called. Accused Raheemdad & others are absconders and declared as P.Os. Learned ADPP for the State is present. Side close statement submitted by learned ADPP at Ex.05. Order on it. File. Heard. Order also passed, signed and announced in open court at Ex.06. The instant case be kept on dormant file till arrest of accused or otherwise. Let the perpetual warrants be issued against the accused through high ups of the police with directions that such report be submitted regarding their arrest or otherwise within 15 days.
