Both accused are found guilty for offence punishable U/S.377-B PPC, therefore, accused Muhammad Abdul Wahid S/o Abdul Wahid and Shahid Ali S/o Shamasuddin are convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C for offence punishable u/s 377-B PPC and sentenced them to suffer R.I for fourteen years and to pay fine of one million rupees (Rs.10,00,000/- Ten Lac only) each and in default thereof to suffer S.I for six months more each. I also convict both accused Muhammad Abdul Wahid S/o Abdul Wahid and Shahid Ali S/o Shamasuddin U/S.265-H(2) Cr.P.C for offence punishable u/s.506(2) PPC and sentence them to suffer R.I for two years and fine of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) and in case of default to suffer S.I for one month more. Both sentences shall run concurrently. The accused are extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C. Both accused are present in custody having been produced by Senior Superintendent Central Prison & C.F Mirpurkhas. They are remanded back to jail with conviction warrants to serve out the sentence awarded to them in terms of this Judgment with directions to Senior Superintendent Central Prison & C.F Mirpurkhas to return the conviction warrants after its execution as provided u/s 400 Cr.P.C. Let the copy of Judgment be supplied to the accused on free of costs as provided u/s 371 Cr.P.C. According to memo of arrest accused Muhammad Abdul Wahid was arrested on 12.06.2020 and was released on bail on 14-09-2020. According to challansheet accused Shahid Ali was granted bail before arrest.
