This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Tanveer Ahmed Khuhawar advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Sajjad Hussain son of Ahmed Nawaz @ Laal Bux, 02-Ghulam Murtaza son of Ahmed Nawaz @ Laal Bux, 03-Farhan Ali son of Ahmed Nawaz @ Laal Bux, 04-Sajid Ali son of Ahmed Nawaz @ Laal Bux, 05-Liaquat Ali son of Sardar Ali all by caste Magsi in Crime No.61/2026 of PS A-section Shadhadkot for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,504,506/2,403 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shadadkot. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 21.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
