This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Mumtaz Ali Brohi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Imdad son of Jaffar Chutto, 02-Rasool Bux son of Jaffar Chutto, 03-Abdul Khalique son of Jaffar Chutto, in Crime No.33/2026 of PS Warrah for offence U/S 337-Fi,452,337-Hii,506/2,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 20.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused 01-Imdad and Rasool Bux have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. While applicant/accused Abdul Khalique has not furnish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
