Case called. Accused Irshad Sodhar is produced in custody from District Jail Dadu, while accused Abdul Ghaffar @ Ghaffar and Mashooque are absconders and accused Nooral @ Noor has been expired away, 87 Cr.P.C issued against the absconders accused returned complied with such statement of process server is recorded at Ex:2, he produced 87 Cr.P.C issued by this Court, copy of proclamation with endorsement, statement of two respectable persons of locality at Ex:2/A to 2/D, The report of writ of attachment u/s: 88 Cr.P.C of absconder accused Abdul Ghaffar @ Ghafoo received from Mukhtairkar Mehar, which is kept on record at Ex:3. The accused Abdul Ghaffar @ Ghafoo is hereby declared as P.O, while report u/s: 88 Cr.P.C of accused Mashooque is not received from Mukhtairakr Dadu, issue fresh 88 Cr.P.C against the absconder accused Mashooque to concerned Mukhtairkar. The accused Nooral alias Nooro has been expired. SHO submitted such death report of accused Nooral alias Nooro, such statement of process server PC Jasim is recorded at Ex:4, he produced death report issued by SHO, statements of two respectable persons of locality, Road pass certificate and death certificate issued by NADRA office Mehar. The death report of accused Nooral alias Noro is also received from concerned Secretary UC Qazi Arif which is kept on record at Ex:5. Order passed proceedings against the accused Nooral alias Noro is hereby abated. ADPP is present. Put off to. 3.11.2026 for 88 Cr.P.C of accused Mashooque. Present accused are directed to attend. |
