Case called. Accused Altaf @ Dodo appeared and submitted an application stating therein that he has been released on bail vide B.A order dated: 22-10-2025 and requested to be allowed to join trial. Order thereon. Hence allowed with directions to produe the copy of bail order or such proof. While accused Muhammad, Ahmed, Riaz @ Brohi, Shahnawaz, Sadam @ Sada Hussain, Basheer @ Javed, Jawad, Bhooro and Nadir are absconders. Procalination U/S 87 Cr.P.C issued against them returned by the process server of P.S Drigh. In continuation thereof, the statement of process server is recorded at Exh-02, he produced the letter of proclamation U/S 87 Cr.P.C issued by this court, his endorsement, Memo of proclamation and D.D entry of P.S Drigh R&R at Exh-02/A to 02/D respectively. The order passed on the statement of process server; whereby the above-named absconding accused persons are declared as "Proclaimed offenders". More so, the writ of attachment U/S 88 Cr.P.C is also received against all the P.Os except accused 01.Muhammad, 02.Ahmed and 03.Riaz @ Brohi; whose residence pertains to the Tluka Warah. The R&Ps of this case received today from the Learned Consumer Protection Court Kamber-Shahdadkot at Kamber on the direction of vide letter No: Esstt:/- (Tr/Cases/Matters) 11745 of 2025 Kamber Dated: 18-10-2025........ Case called. Accused Altaf @ Dodo not produced in custody from Dist jail Larkana. While accused Muhammad, Ahmed, Riaz @ Brohi, Shahnawaz, Sadam @ Sada Hussain, Basheer @ Javed, Jawad, Bhooro and Nadir are absconders and not yet arrested. The proclamation u/s 87 Cr.P.C and writ of attachment u/s 88 Cr.P.C are already in filed against them and the same has not yet been returned from the concerned corners. Put off to 17.11.2025 for service / compliance into 87 and 88 Cr.P.C from concerned corners. |
