This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Sadique Umrani advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Khair Bakhsh son of Haji Khan, 02-Imran son of Khair Bakhsh, 03-Sher Muhammad, 04-Karim Bakhsh both sons of Khan Muhammad all by caste Brohi, in Crime No.07/2026 of PS Sanjar Bhatti for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fii,504,147,148 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 16.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
