This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Akhtiar Ali Mugheri advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Mukhtiar Ali son of Muhammad Usman Buledi, in Crime No.33/2022 of PS Drigh PP Dost Ali for offence U/S 302,452,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court.
