Complaint Called. Accused are present on bail with their counsel. The complainant is present and already examined. Her cross examination is recorded in presence of her counsel Mr. Khadim Rasool Tumrani, advocate. There is no other witness available in the court. In para-6 of complaint two names of witnesses namely Abdul Waheed s/o Abdul Hadi and Aneel s/o Ali Khan are mentioned who are called absent today, but as per record the witnesses of complainant namely Abdul Waheed already filed his statement/application along with affidavit that he has no knowledge of the incident.
