Criminal Bail Application No.450/2026 re. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Sadique Umrani advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Dhani Bakhksh @ Hajjan son of Amanullah, 02-Muhammad Khan son of Chanessar both by caste Khokhar, in Crime No.36/2026 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot for offence U/S 399,402,324,353,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 15.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
