Sessions Case called. Accused (1) Ali Sher son of Loung Gadani (2) Aijaz Ali son of Allah Wadhayo Gadani linked and have been produced by the jail authority of District Prison Ghotki through video link. Accused (3) Dhani Bux alias Wado son of Ghulam Rasool Gadani and (4) Khuda Bux son of Manghoo Gadani have been present on bail as per case diary maintained by the learned Magistrate. While accused (5) Ali Akbar alias Akbar son of Meer Hassan Gadani is absconding and declared as proclaimed offender. The the learned ADPP for the State is present. Proceedings resumed. The case papers have already been supplied to the accused persons vide receipt dated 12.10.2026 (Exh.4). Today Charge against accused persons framed (Exh 5). Pleas of accused recorded (Exh 4/A to Exh 4/D). Issue summons to P.Ws. Mr Khadim Hussain Malik advocate filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant which is taken on record.
