Case Called. Accused Zulfiquar, Nabi Bux, Khan Muhammad, Ameer Bux and Shah Nawaz are absconders/declared proclaimed offenders. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Mr. Mashooque Ali Solangi, advocate for the complainant remained absent. The Case complainant Manzoor Ali Jatoiis present and submitted application for issuance of NBWs against the accused. Order passed thereon. Call progress report. Learned ADPP for the state submitted application stating therein that the accused are absconders and declared proclaimed offenders. The evidence of material witnesses have been recorded and hence this kept may be kept on dormant file till arrest/appearance of the accused. Order passed on the separate sheet.
