Juvenile offenders Sadiq is present on bail, while another juvenile offender Ramzan was arrested in another crime and produced by the IO SIP Riaz Khokhar for the purpose of remand in same court. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Copies of the documents were supplied to the accused at Exhibit-01. The accused prayed for early disposal of the case and requested a speedy trial. Accordingly, on the request of the accused, the statutory time for framing of charge is waived.
