This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Safdar Ali Memon advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Muhammad Ayoub son of Ghulam Haider, 02-Muhammad son of Muhammad Ayoub, 03-Akbar @ Ali akbar son of Mumtaz, 04-Altaf @ Altaf Hussain son of Gulbhar, 05-Arz Muhammad son of Ranjhan all by caste Chandio in Crime No.87/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 506/2,504,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court.
