This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Faheem Akhtar Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Shahnawaz son of Mahboob @ Baboo, 02-Mahboob son of Shahnawaz Magsi in Crime No.14/2026 of PP Dost Ali PS Drigh for offence U/S 337-Fi,506/2,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 20.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
