This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C filed by Mr.Jameel Hussain Bhutto advocate on behalf of applicant Bakhat Ali son of Hussain Bakhsh by caste Lorar against I/C PP Shah Hassan PS Kamber City & others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Syed Imran Imam Zaidi the learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-II, Kamber is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at I/C SHO PP Shah Hassan PS Kamber City and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, they to release them on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 09.03.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
