Application already submitted by the accused named above (at Ext.5) and made a requested via video link from District Prison Shikarpur in presence of learned ADPP for the State, stating therein that they are not in a financial position to engage counsel privately, and therefore, prayed for appointment of a lawyer at State expense. Heard. Order passed in separate sheet at Ext.6. For the reasons to be recorded, in the interest, Mr.Faraz Ali Bijarani, Advocate, is hereby appointed as defense counsel for the above named accused. The office is directed to provide him all necessary case papers free of costs, enabling him to conduct the defense effectively.
