Case called. Accused Hasnain, Ghulam Hyder, Abdul Samad, Muzamil and Ghulam Shabbir @ Muchar are produced in custody from Superintendent District Prison & Correctional Facility Sanghar. Remaining co-accused Mumtaz Ali, Ameer Bux @ Ameero and Muhammad Laique are declared as P.O. Advocate for accused and ADPP for the state are present. Thereafter,in compliance of U/S 265-C CR.P.C case papers supplied to all present accused on free of costs vide receipt at Ex.05.
