They are also directed to pay an amount of Rs.200,000/- (two lac rupees) each as compensation to the heirs of deceased Abdul Hakeem in terms of section 544-A Cr.P.C. In case of default, the same shall be recovered as an arrear of land revenue, further the accused shall also suffer simple imprisonment for six months for non-payment of compensation. The accused shall be entitled to benefit under section 382-B Cr.P.C. Certified copy of judgment be supplied to convicts without charges. Accused Saddar Ali alias Ahmed and Chibhar Bahooto are produced in custody from District Jail, Dadu and they are sent to Central Prison Hyderabad through Superintendent District Prison, Dadu to serve out the sentences awarded to them in accordance with law.
