Summary case called,Accused are unknown.I.O of case and complainant are present.Learned ADPP for state is present. Complainant submitted application regarding the case be kept under A.Class.Heard parties.Order passed and announced in open court.That herefore, I agree with the report submitted under ???A??? Class. I.O is directed; whenever accused is/are arrested; he/they may be brought before this court. Office is directed to fix the matter after fortnightly for progress report in view of judgment passed by Honorable High Court of Sindh in C. P. No. S-618 of 2012, reported in PLD 2016 Sindh 238 and such notice be issued to complainant. |
