The ADPP, the counsel for complainant and accused are present. PW Dr. Abdul Rauf Mahar who examined the deceased is present. The case is fixed for evidence and hearing on un-numbered Cr.B.A of present accused Muhammad Moosa. The counsel for accused in B.A is different to that of counsel for accused in trial. Pertinent to mention here that prior to this post arrest bail application on behalf of applicant/accused was filed before the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur and it remained on the file of Honourable Court for number of months, the comments were repeatedly called and finally it was not pressed on the ground that a fresh ground exists to file a fresh bail application for applicant/accused. The counsel for the parties advanced their arguments on bail application of present accused. The Court still needs proper assistance from the counsel for the parties and required them to come prepared on next date of hearing. In that eventuality, post arrest bail application of present accused and evidence of M.O Dr. Abdul Rauf is adjourned to 11.08.2026, as fixed by the consent of the counsel for the parties. The present custody accused is sent back to the prison concerned with direction again to be produced on the date of hearing. |
