It is too painful to observe that Mr. Muhammad Sharif Misrani due to expeditious proceedings and timely decision of other heinous cases on merit became annoyed and also adopted contemptuous attitude and did not proceed even a single case despite court direction and last and final chance from time to time and even refused to file adjournment application in several cases on behalf of his client which this Court over looked, and I being sub ordinate judicial Officer kept quiet. Other advocate Mr. Khattak after announcement of conviction and sentenced to his client (accused) in gang rape case bearing (Sessions Case No.20/2025 State Vs. Shahbaz Ahmed urif Shahbaz & Others U/S 375-A PPC, FIR No. 39/2025 PS Mangli) lost his temper and used contemptuous language in open Court continuously for around half an hour which was witnessed by Naib Court, the learned ADPP Mr. Jamaluddin Baladi as well as several other advocates including Mr. Tarique Mehboob, Mr. Asim Rasool Sidhu, Mr. Mir Mal Oad and Mr. Bhagwan Das, and this Court as usual kept quite so that none of accused may have any lame excuse against me, so today they both have been called absent without intimation despite several calls, which is against the law and Bar ethics. To come up on 16.02.2026 for recording evidence of PWS. Accused Muhammad Alam present on bail is directed to attend on next date.
