This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Jameel Hussain Bhutto advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ali Nawaz @ Niaz @ Niazoo son of Khuda Bakhsh @ Khuddan, 02-Sadoro son of Niaz @ Niazoo @ Ali Nawaz both sons of Khoso, 03-Akram son of Dost Muhammad, 04-Shahzado son of Akram both by caste Markhand, in Crime No.11/2026 of PS Gaji Khuhawar for offence U/S 337-Fi,506/2,337-Hii,114,147,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to .04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have not furnish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
