This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C filed by Mr.Abdul Ghaffar Gopang advocate on behalf of applicant Mst Sabhai w/o Muhammad Mithal by caste Khokhar against SHO PS Bahram & others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Sadique Ali the learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Shahdadkot is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Behram and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 07.03.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
